Over the past couple of days, I found enough time out in the garage to rivet the left aileron! The rivets in the top of the spar are set using the rivet gun and bucking bar. This takes some effort to get the bucking bar in place as you have to finagle your hand and bucking bar inside the aileron from the bottom and also hold the bar at the right angle to get it flat to the rivet tail. I used tape and popsicle sticks to assist me in getting the angle right when the bar was sitting flush on the spar web. The bottom of the spar rivets are all pulled pop rivets. There are enough of them that my hand was pretty sore and tired by the end of setting all of those!
