I did the right fuel tank stiffeners but didn't take any pictures...it looks just like two days ago with the left tank stiffeners. Then I moved onto fuel cap flanges. I took some care to make sure I got them correctly aligned with the curvature of the skin. Then I buttered them up with sealant, clecoed the forward and aft most holes, then set nine of the ten rivets with a standard mushroom flush set and bucking bar. The tenth was the forward-most rivet that also holds the tank vent line bracket and gets a longer rivet.

Because of the vent line bracket, I couldn't get a bucking bar on the tail of the rivet, so I used back-rivet setup and put a bucking bar on the manufactured head on the outside of the tank. This worked ok, but still was a pretty tight fit due to the bracket. It's not the prettiest rivet, but it's not structural, and after it's covered with sealant, no one could possibly see it.

I covered the shop heads and then repeated the procedure for the right tank. Next up should be throwing some ribs in the tanks!
